Ross McCaslin, Operations Assistant

Ross (he/him) is excited to help the community receive affordable healthcare in a supportive and empowering environment. As Operations Assistant, supports the Bridgercare team, scheduling meetings and maintenance, ordering supplies, helping with new hires, and helping our whole operation run smoothly and efficiently.

Ross, who grew up in East Texas, spent the last 10 years in the hospitality industry as a bartender. He moved to Big Sky in 2016 after getting his associates degree in business. In his free time, Ross enjoys writing and playing music, going to shows, skateboarding, and absorbing UV rays. Annnnd he makes the best whiskey sour in Montana! (Possibly, the world??)
