The Best Ball Yet... A Recap!
What more is there to say than that Sweet Tooth Ball 2020 was one for the books! Thank you to everyone who was able to attend or support the event from afar. It is really special to get our Bridgercare family together in one room and you all made it an absolutely magical and motivating evening! There is literal photo evidence that the photo booth was on fire, Elle’s Belles desserts were clearly handcrafted by angels, Greta Thurnberg would have been proud, one of you reading this is really good at coin toss prediction, the silent and live auction was off the hook, and EVERYONE was incredibly attractive and generous :) From all the Bridgercare staff, board, and most importantly, our 5000+ patients, thank you!
Also, a lot of people have been asking how it went… so drumroll, please…. This year, you raised $84,014 for reproductive healthcare and sexual health education!!! That is the most ever raised and is almost $20,000 more than last year! We have been doing a dance all week that looks something like this.
And in case you love math as much as I do, here are a few more fun stats:
There were 1400 pieces of Elle’s Belle’s desserts, and they were all gone by 8 pm!
With the help from EcoMontana and Happy Trash Can, we were able to compost 400 gallons that would have otherwise gone into a landfill! Cheers to you, earth.
